*Intro Course Required

The Intro Class is a series of four (4) sessions that are scheduled twice per week over a 2 week period. These classes are for members that are new to CrossFit & have not trained in a CrossFit gym before. Once all 4 sessions have been completed members will then have access to the CrossFit Classes. Each session will last approximately one hour. All sessions are included in joining fee. 

 * Linc / IMF Group / Student discounts available, please ask one of the coaches or email info@crossfitzulu.co.za (Proof of status is required)

*Store hours are different than gym hours. Check gym hours for times when the gym area is open.
 

*All Membership change requests must be emailed to info@crossfitzulu.co.za 10 days prior to the 1st of the month. Failure to notify by the deadline will result in the payment for the next month processing.  No refunds will be processed.
