*Intro Course Required
The Intro Class is a series of four (4) sessions that are scheduled twice per week over a 2 week period. These classes are for members that are new to CrossFit & have not trained in a CrossFit gym before. Once all 4 sessions have been completed members will then have access to the CrossFit Classes. Each session will last approximately one hour. All sessions are included in joining fee.

5:15 AM, 7:15 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM,
8:00 AM SATURDAY
ENDURANCE CLASSES - MONDAY, WEDNESDAYS, FRIDAY
HIIT FIT CLASSES - TUESDAY, THURSDAY
TEEN CLASSES (Ages 14-17) - MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY:
3:30 PM (TO BE CONFIRMED)
FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING CLASSES
6:15 AM - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
9:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Monday-Friday 5:00am to 6:30pm
*Store hours are different than gym hours. Check gym hours for times when the gym area is open.
*All Membership change requests must be emailed to email@example.com 10 days prior to the 1st of the month. Failure to notify by the deadline will result in the payment for the next month processing. No refunds will be processed.
