Crossfit

The CF class gives you the full experience of what CF has to offer. It is what it is: CrossFit. Every class is structured for you to learn a new skill or to refine an already learned skill. Every class will challenge you mentally and physically as well as develop all nine aspects of fitness. You will never do the same WOD twice, unless it’s a benchmark. If you do not walk out the box feeling like you’ve achieved something you never thought you would, or walk out better, stronger, and fitter than you did when you came in, we’re not doing our job.

Gymnastics

The gymnastics class focuses on movements where your own body weight is the weight that needs to be moved. We walk, sit, stand, bend, step, climb, jump and run every day, so why can some people not perform a single push up or pull up? It all has to do with core strength. In modern society we are forced to sit on a couch or a chair and be still for endless amount of hours. This leads to us not using our core muscles for anything. Core strength is the foundation of any aspect of fitness: strength, balance, coordination, power, endurance, you name it. In our gymnastics speciality class you will firstly strengthen your core and trunk muscles and secondly learn how to use your core strength and stability to your advantage. With strong core and trunk muscles, any gymnastic movement is reachable. If you can move just your own body weight through space well, mastering any other skill will be so much easier. Pull ups, push ups, handstands, rings, parraletes, and floor

Weighlifting

The Weightlifting class focuses primarily on the snatch, and the clean and jerk, as well as a lot of squats, deadlifts, pulling and pushing. CrossFitters can become overwhelmed when the coach yells “grab a barbell”. This should be each and every CrossFitters happy time, because if done with the right technique it could be so rewarding lifting and throwing a heavy weight over your head. We focus on what’s the most important, making weightlifting easy by using the correct positions and spending time in those positions, as well as being safe and preventing injuries when lifting a heavy barbell. This class is for everyone, beginners or seasoned athletes. The goal of this class is not weight, but learning and refining skills, that’s why we set out a whole hour for this class. You will never be forced to put more weight on your barbell. You will even have to receive the coach’s go ahead to test a new 1RM. Remember that everything in CrossFit comes down to learning the correct mechanics of a movement, to do that movement correctly over and over again, and ony then adding some weight on your bar and breathing heavily while doing so.

Sweat

This class is still built on CrossFit’s aspects of programming, but with less highly skilled movememts. This class will make you lose your breath very quick, so don’t let the description fool you. Metobolic conditioning, aerobic capacity, and single modality exercises is what you will be experiencing in this class. Running, rowing, biking, planking, pushing, pulling, throwing and swinging. A sweat class will take your mental and physical abilities to its limits.

Sweat

This class is still built on CrossFit’s aspects of programming, but with less highly skilled movememts. This class will make you lose your breath very quick, so don’t let the description fool you. Metobolic conditioning, aerobic capacity, and single modality exercises is what you will be experiencing in this class. Running, rowing, biking, planking, pushing, pulling, throwing and swinging. A sweat class will take your mental and physical abilities to its limits.

On Ramp

Every person new to CF has to go through one cycle of the on-ramp course. This is a 4 session educational introduction to CF and all its movements. We focus specifically on the 9 foundational movements of CF, and we also delve in to basic gymnastic and weightlifting positions and skills to make the transition to a class a lot less intimidating and a lot safer for the beginner athlete.
